If your property has less than two hundred (200) feet of frontage on a publicly (County) maintained road, the Vanderburgh County Code allows you one (1) access drive for your property.

If your property has between two hundred (200) and four hundred (400) feet of frontage on a publicly maintained road, the Vanderburgh County Code allows you up to two (2) access drives for your property.

If your property has more than four hundred (400) feet of frontage on a publicly maintained road, the Vanderburgh County Code allows for more than two (2) access drives for your property if the additional drives do not pose a hazard.
